  • Fruit from these sites reach maturity while exhibiting bright fruit flavors. In flute, you’ll find notes of minerality and acid along with an accentuation of mousse. Basically, it’s a party in your mouth and everyone is invited - WOO!

Crisp green apple, lemon citrus, & brioche aromatics with a complex bouquet. Flavors of pear and honeydew melon finish with lemon meringue. Mid-palate is enhanced by the creamy texture of yeast and extended aging. Elegant acidity lingers on palate.
